This is the feature everyone has been waiting for. Apple has finally cracked blood pressure monitoring without needing a traditional inflatable cuff. It's a brilliant piece of engineering.

Over 30 days, it builds a baseline of your cardiovascular patterns, and then it can detect trends and anomalies. The watch doesn't give exact systolic/diastolic numbers like a cuff does — but it does alert you when something is off.

Is it accurate? In our testing — compared against a ₹4,000 Omron cuff — the Apple Watch's alerts matched well. It didn't give exact numbers, but it correctly identified days when our blood pressure was slightly elevated.
